The Zipperleg Chronicles - Fighting cancer with style!

Hello Family and Friends,

First of all, thank you for all of your words and support. They mean a lot to Kristin and me.

Sooooo…. I managed to catch a cold this week, which unfortunately threw a monkey wrench into the whole surgery thing. Apparently, having a cold somehow interferes with lung surgery. Sounds absolutely ludicrous to me, but I’ll take the doctor’s word for it.

The surgery has been rescheduled for next Friday, June 3rd, sometime before 11:00 am, so put some of those good feelings, prayers and support in the freezer and thaw them out next week. I’ve been told they keep.

Sorry for the last minute email, I only found out today. However I am looking forward to receiving good thoughts from anyone who doesn’t see this email in time, so I expect to be feeling really good tomorrow morning!
